We had a great first visit with Eastown Pediatric Dentistry and Dr.Massie!! It was my toddler’s first dentist visit and she was very nervous about the new experience. Dr.Massie and her staff were so friendly and warm and patient and had lots of tricks to try to put her at ease and make her comfortable. I appreciated that they were so flexible and could switch things up to allow her to be close to me while still completing a full exam. It put me at ease as a parent too. It was clear that they truly wanted to make visiting the dentist a good experience for her and their love and care for kids shines through!

All 3 of my kids have had wonderful experiences with Dr Jess. She is very personable and ensures your child feels safe and has a great experience. She makes time to come out and chat with you after each treatment. The rest of the staff has always been incredibly friendly as well. The office is clean, nicely decorated and has some games in the waiting room that the kids look forward to playing.

We had an incredible experience with Eastown Pediatric Dentistry and Dr. Massie. As the parent of an autistic child, I was extremely nervous when our dentist told us my son needed a cavity filled and sealants. Dental visits can be overwhelming, and I went into this morning full of anxiety. Thankfully, we were referred to Dr. Massie — and I honestly left in tears because of the level of care, compassion, and intentionality shown by her entire team. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this practice truly understands children with sensory needs. They had sensory toys in his hands, comforting stuffies in his lap, and TVs on the ceiling to help distract and calm him throughout the visit. Every staff member was patient, gentle, and thoughtful in the way they communicated and cared for him. Nothing felt rushed or transactional — they genuinely wanted to make this as painless and successful as possible for both my son and for me as his mom. What started as a morning I was dreading turned into one of the most affirming healthcare experiences we’ve had as a family. If you care about patient care and quality, look no further. Dr. Massie and the team all took the time to work with my kiddos and made them feel comfortable. You can tell from the way they speak to kids that they are passionate and are operating in the best interest for them. The waiting room is bright and engaging for kids of all ages. The person at the front desk was very informative and kind. She answered questions I was beginning to form. I look forward to bringing my kids back for their next cleaning. Today was our first visit to Eastown Pediatric Dentistry. We brought in our beautiful 11 year old boy who has autism. He is non-verbal and does not willingly submit to examination of any kind. Dr. Jessica and all of her crew were amazing with him! We were blown away at how much time and understanding we received from all of them. We felt comfortable even though our big guy was not cooperating at all. These truly amazing professionals just went with the flow, and patiently worked with us to get the exam and cleaning done. This is the place to go for pediatric dentistry - especially if you have a child with special needs. They are willing and able to do whatever it takes. We are so grateful to know we can look forward to years of getting our boy’s dental work done at Eastown Pediatric Dentistry.
